Kathmandu 24 April / During the visit of the King of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Nepal, an agreement on bilateral investment and cooperation was signed between Nepal and Qatar. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and King Thani of Qatar after bilateral talks.
After today’s meeting, the delegation signed the memorandum of understanding. During the talks, an agreement was reached between the two countries regarding investment and cooperation.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an agreement has been reached between the two countries to cooperate in the government news agency, attorney general’s office, diplomatic training and studies, education, art and culture, and sports. Similarly, two agreements have been signed between Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Nepal Confederation of Industry and Commerce.
